LCBO workers have voted overwhelmingly in favour of a strike in a record vote on Saturday.
In its biggest strike vote ever, 8,060 LCBO members — 86 per cent of the union’s membership — cast ballots and 97 per cent voted in favour of job action, according to the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU), which represents around 10,000 LCBO workers in retail stores and warehouses.
