Windsor Police look into fast-food outlet over alleged refusal to serve officer - Windsor Star

“So tonight a member of the Windsor Police was refused service at Arby’s. I am absolutely disgusted and will never step foot in one again. I encourage all to do the same,” the post said.

Some took to social media to declare the incident fake but others shared their insistence that it happened.

“This is not how we treat our first responders. Keep the hatred of Police in the U.S.,” wrote one Facebook post.

Another Facebook post said, “I’ll be calling them tomorrow and telling them I REFUSE to patronize their business ever again.”

Email requests for comment from Arby’s Canada and from the Windsor Police communications branch were not immediately answered Saturday morning.

The Windsor Star has not independently confirmed the authenticity of the photo circulating on social media.
