A system-wide malfunction has shut down Gateway Casinos facilities across Ontario.

The shutdown includes Cascades Casino in Chatham, Starlight Casino in Point Edward, Gateway Casinos in Sarnia, London, Woodstock, and Clinton, and Playtime Casino in Hanover.

The sudden closures took place at 1 p.m. Sunday and a release from Gateway Casinos on Facebook said the locations will be “closed until further notice.”

There is no word yet on what caused the malfunction.
