The province did not release updated numbers on Monday, but planned to release new data on Tuesday.
On Sunday, Ottawa Public Health, which collected data from the previous 48-hour period, reported 121 new local cases.
There are now 434 active cases in the city, with 12 patients in hospital and two in intensive care.
There have been 9,754 total cases since the beginning of the pandemic and 8,928 of those are considered resolved.
OPH also reported one new outbreak at Ridgemont High School, where one student and three staff members have tested positive. The outbreak was declared on Saturday.
There are three ongoing institutional outbreaks at childcare and educational settings and 17 outbreaks in health-care settings.
According to the latest provincial numbers released Sunday, there are 171,416 total cases in the province. There have been 4,377 deaths in Ontario as of Sunday morning.
There are 823 patients in Ontario hospitals, with 285 in intensive care and 194 requiring a ventilator.
The city, meanwhile, released a memo on Monday saying a second staff member has tested positive for coronavirus at the Employment and Social Services office at 2020 Walkley Road, according to Donna Gray, general manager of community and social services.
The employee last worked on Wednesday Dec. 23 and is now at home in self- isolation, according to the memo.
Staff are working with Ottawa Public Health to identify and notify anyone who may have come in close contact.
