Hawksworth Restaurant closes after multiple guests test COVID-19 positive - Vancouver Sun

On Saturday, Vancouver Coastal Health issued a warning of a potential COVID-19 exposure at the restaurant.

Vancouver Coastal Health said the exposures occurred between 6 p.m. and 12 a.m.

Located in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, Hawksworth reopened in June with a special $20, three-course lunch — one of several tweaks the upscale eatery has made this summer to lure customers to Vancouver’s less-trafficked downtown core, including a new bar bites menu and a rotating cocktail feature.

Earlier this month, Hawksworth partnered with DoorDash for delivery and xDine for pick-up, allowing customers to enjoy the award-winning menu at home.

The symptoms of COVID-19 may include fatigue, loss of appetite, fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of smell and/or diarrhea.
